Resignation of Scott J. Cohen as Chief Financial Officer
On July 14, 2022, Scott J. Cohen resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Cohen’s resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Company or the board of directors with respect to accounting. The Board of Directors of the Company has commenced a search and is in the process of evaluating candidates to replace Mr. Cohen.
